Sangallo Palace - Perugia

The service was welcoming with parking beneath the hotel. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from a tiny park.

Fantastic and stunning location next to old centre of town where most shops, the Rocca Paolina in Perugia, and a major round about and bus station, only 5 minutes walk from Corso Vannucci. Well-maintained and nice modern rooms with great comfortable bed and perfect view, as for instance, really really nice stay! Nice design of it.

Managing manager Andrea was very attentive to all questions and helped with parking and other advice such as restaurants and so on. The hotel is perfectly located for those who are also by car! on the border with the zone of ZTL, with parking below market price ))) .)

it was cold in the room! because it was January, the heating was obviously saved, because it only turned on when you are in the room, and during this time the room is unrealistic to warm up ... in the bathroom is the same story with a towel dryer. the same time of year in Florentine hotels of the same level was hot and comfortable ... you can be sly and leave the power card on, and the second to carry, then the room is flooded, but you have to refuse to clean it.

This is definately a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is great and the location is prime. The parking structure is a couple minute walk away and the escalators leading you under the old city to the new are a skip away. Also they hold concerts a stone throw away from the hotel, so you can see performances on the big screens.

Room was a bit tight for 4 persons and the smoker smell in the room was nasty until you get used to it.

Noise disturbances from the nearby bus station are quite bothersome!!! An uncomfortable lack of in-room amenities could enhance guests' convenience!!!

The hotel offered a great location near the escalator to the historic center and featured spacious, clean rooms. Service was a bit lacking, and the breakfast could use more coffee machines. Still, the overall experience was pleasant for exploring the area.

Basic 4* hotel suitable for business or solo travel. Characterless and certainly neither charming nor romantic.

Characterless, crowded breakfast below variety level of an average Italian 4* hotel, very few staff. In a nicely refurbishes Rationalist Architecture building left over from the fascist era, doesn’t look good from the exterior.

Wonderful location if you're in a car. Right at the hotel has a large parking lot, the hotel gives a discount, you get 11 euros instead of 17, fit into the price of the room. It is located at the border of ZTL, it is better to enter the parking lot right away, the exit from it rests on the back door of the hotel, you need to call the bell. The front entrance is already inside the zone. They ask for the number of the car to put in the permit, but we did not take any chances. Next to the exit, there's an escalator system leading downtown. We got here at 9:00, already at 9:15, sitting in a restaurant downtown. Comfortable rooms, quiet, free bottled water as a welcome.

Hotel is old a little bit, it does not interfere, adds to the experience of the journey itself.

The staff was excellent and really helpful. The service was superb from the nice house cleaners who played with my puppy to the front desk staff who went out of their way to help make my stay relaxing.

Overall it was a really really nice stay in the old town. I had superior queen room that also was complete with a balcony, rural views from balcony, as for instance. Everyone from the staff was caring and incredibly attentive. Central location was a plus.

Throughout our 14 day stay the staff were helpful with enquiries and very friendly. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Evening meals were served in the hotel's spacious restaurant under franchise and have to be paid for each visit. The location is excellent with easy access to local train and bus services. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was clean and well maintained. Close to the city centre and well accessible. I recommend this hotel either for short or for long periods. I spent one night with my family of five and it was an excellent experience.

The parking is not free (15 Euros) but have good accessibility.
